Palanduh Farmer Producer Company Limited (FPCL) is a farmer-owned enterprise established in November 2022 in Muttagi, Basavana Bagewadi Taluk, Vijayapura District, Karnataka. Operating under the consumer brand V'joy, the company is dedicated to empowering small and marginal farmers through sustainable agriculture, value addition, market access, and technology-driven farming solutions.
Palanduh represents a thriving network of over 1,000 shareholder farmers cultivating approximately 12,000 acres of agricultural land. The company works across multiple crops, including onion, lemon, maize, sorghum, red gram, and vegetables, while placing a strategic focus on developing an integrated value chain for onion production.
By combining production, processing, storage, branding, and direct market linkages, Palanduh enables farmers to capture greater value from their produce instead of depending solely on traditional commodity markets.

Processing & Value Addition
Depending on the product, the raw material is cleaned, graded, dehydrated, cold-pressed, blended, or processed using hygienic methods to preserve its natural flavour, aroma, and nutritional value.
Hygienic Packaging
Products are packed in food-grade, tamper-proof packaging that protects freshness, extends shelf life, and maintains product quality during storage and transportation.
Distribution
Finished products are supplied to retail customers, wholesalers, institutional buyers, food processors, and other business partners across India through an efficient distribution network.
