1. Cancellation Policy
- Timeframe: Customers may cancel orders within 2–3 days of placing the order.
- Condition: Cancellations will not be accepted if the order has already been forwarded to vendors or shipping has begun PALADHI.

2. Reporting Defects or Mismatches

3. Refund Processing
Refunds typically take 6–8 days to reflect in the customer’s account consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
